Tianjin Shengjie automobile parts manufacturing Co., Ltd., formerly known as Tianjin Jinghai Dongfang fastener factory, was founded in 1985. It is the first manufacturer of tubing joint screws in China, supporting the North South Volkswagen and Tianjin Xiali. In 2001, we independently developed the first non-contact image detection equipment in China. About us
Tianjin Shengjie automobile parts manufacturing Co., Ltd., formerly known as Tianjin Jinghai Dongfang fastener factory, was founded in 1985. It is the first manufacturer of tubing joint screws in China, supporting the North South Volkswagen and Tianjin Xiali. In 2001, we independently developed the first non-contact image detection equipment in China. At the same time, we introduced Japan's five station cold heading machine and planetary wire rolling machine to improve the screw production process, reduce the cost and ensure zero defect of the product. In 2006, it changed its name to Tianjin Shengjie Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and established three branches to introduce Turkey double pipe pipeline, PVF coating line and PA12 production line with German technology. It can produce all kinds of specifications and coating pipes for automobiles. And the establishment of a stamping workshop, large tonnage of hydraulic press can reach 1200 tons, and the introduction of various tonnage of hydraulic parts and presses, can produce and process all kinds of automotive chassis stamping parts, all kinds of metal stamping parts.
Since its establishment for more than 30 years, the company has become a good supplier for many large and medium-sized enterprises by virtue of professional level, mature technology and excellent equipment and management. The company has its own electroplating factory, which can better guarantee the quality of product surface treatment and reduce the production cost, so as to better provide customers with good products with low price.
